About This Project

Located in the Jingle Pot area of Nanaimo, BC, this exterior renovation project focused on transforming the home with a clean, modern look built to withstand Vancouver Island’s coastal climate. The homeowners wanted an exterior that felt timeless, durable, and low maintenance while still adding strong curb appeal to the property. By combining quality craftsmanship with premium materials, the finished result blends seamlessly into the natural beauty of Nanaimo while giving the home a fresh new presence.

For this project, premium James Hardie siding and trim products were installed to provide long-lasting protection against the wet West Coast weather conditions common across Nanaimo and Vancouver Island.
